How the Hacker hacked Google.Ps?

They Hacked The Official Domain Registry Of Palestine i.e ( http://www.pnina.ps ) by uploading their shell script as the site had a misconfiguration in its upload section and got the credentials of Google.ps Domain Panel from the same. From there the Hackers changed the Google nameserver to their Own/FreWebHosting Server and aploaded the deface Page. I guess they will be in search for this hacker, he will either get a job at google and a big amount as a Bounty or Google might sue him for hacking their site!
