Fortnite will be the home of Coachella! Epic Games announced it had partnered with Coachella to bring Coachella-themed skins to Fortnite.
Epic Games stated that Fortnite will release two sets of skins to match the weekend of Coachella. At 8PM ET (April 14), or at 5:30 AM IST on April 15, the first Coachella item dropped. The Wilder Outfits and Lyric Outfits are included, along with the matching accessories. For the Wilder Outfit, the matching accessories are the Finfin Flair Wrap, Neon Biter Pickaxe and Finfin Back Bling. They’re shark-based. Cosmic equalizer alt Style is included with the Wilder Outfit. It reacts to music.
The Lyric Outfit, on the other hand, includes Swaguaro back bling and Festival Shredder Pickaxe. Both are responsive to music. Epic Games claims that the Lyric Outfit is identical to the Wilder Outfit and includes the reactive Cosmic Equalizer Alt Style.
At 8PM ET (April 21) or at 5:30 AM on April 22, the second Coachella product drop will be held. This includes both the Alto and Poet outfits, as well as matching accessories. These items can be triggered by music. Sonic Vibes Bling and Softest Electropalm Pickaxe are two examples of Alto Outfits. The Mainstage Wrap, Cactical Crusher Pickaxe, and Cosmonautic Helmet back Bling are all available in Poet Outfits.
Coachella music on Fortnite
Epic Games also announced that Fortnite gamers will now be able listen to Coachella 2022 artists starting April 14th through May 16th using Icon Radio. This is in addition to the Icon Radio being used in Joyride vehicles. According to Epic Games, Icon Radio will broadcast songs by more than 30 artists from Coachella 2022.
