India will begin the second stage of coronavirus vaccine on March 1, 2021. Today’s first COVID-19 vaccination is given to PM Narendra Modi at AIIMS New Delhi. The announcement was made by PM Narendra Modi via Twitter. Senior citizens over 60 and people with co-morbidities above 45 have been eligible for the coronavirus vaccination. The CoWIN app will allow you to register yourself.

Although the CoWIN app was released by the Indian government a while back, users have reported bugs. According to media reports, India will launch the CoWIN 2.0 app version March 1st at 9am. The CoWIN app 2.0 will be available for download from the Google Play Store on Android devices. iOS availability is yet to be announced. CoWIN is the same app as CoWIN 2.0, but the latter version has been upgraded.

Last Updated on CoWIN App: According to the Ministry of Health, CoWIN is for administrative use only. All others will have the ability to make a booking via CoWIN portal.
