Koo has launched a self verification program for its users. Koo, a micro-blogging website claims that it’s the first site to provide voluntary self verification.
Koo said that anyone can self-verify an account using the platform within seconds by using their ID card issued by their government. Koo asserts that it will validate and give credibility to opinions and thoughts.

Users will first need to enter their Government-ID number. The user will then receive an OTP using their ID number.
