Motorola launched its Moto G22 global earlier this month. The company plans to launch the G-series smartphone in India. A Flipkart listing announced that the Moto G22 smartphone will debut in India starting April 8, and will only be sold through the e-retail portal.
Flipkart has all details about the Moto G22 smartphone. According to the Microsite details, Motorola’s Moto G22 smartphone features a 90Hz-IPS LCD screen with side-mounted fingerprint scanner. The smartphone will come in Black or Mint Green colours, with the Mint Green variant expected to arrive in the near future. However, the company has not yet revealed its exact screen size. The company did mention that the phone would come with water repellant technology.
The Moto G22’s internals will feature the MediaTek Helio G37 processor-on-chip, which has 4GB RAM and 64GB storage. You can expand the storage by using microSD cards of up to 1TB. A dedicated slot for dual SIM cards is also available on the phone.
The upcoming Moto G22’s software will be the “near stock” version of Android 12’s mobile operating system. Motorola promises three years worth of security updates for the device. The Moto G22’s battery will be a 5,000mAh unit with 20W TurboPower fast-charging technology.
The camera is last. A 16MP camera will be included on the phone. It will also have a punch hole display at its top. The Moto G22’s back will feature a quad camera system. It includes a 50MP primary sensor, quad-pixel technology and an 8MP ultrawide-angle lens. A depth sensor, macro vision sensor, and a macro sensor.
