Aarogya Setu added a feature to show whether or not you have been vaccinated. The feature is intended to help travelers travel further in the future. You should first update your vaccination status if you have been vaccinated.
This feature has the best advantage of showing “Partially vaccinated”, which is your status after you have taken both the first and second doses. The status will change to “Vaccinated” if you’ve taken the second and first doses. If you’ve taken the first and second doses of the vaccine, the status will show “Vaccinated”.
How do you update your vaccine status?
These are the steps you need to take in order to keep your vaccine status current:
Download the Aarogya setu app. It is both available in Google Play Store and Apple App Store.
Once you have completed the installation, set up the app.
Aarogya Setu members will have the ability to change their vaccination status once they’ve completed the self-assessment.
You will need to complete the updated self-assessment. Users who took only one dose of vaccine will be given the status “partially vaccinated”. Users who take both will receive the status “vaccinated.”
Notice: Status is based on declarations made by the individual during self-assessment
Only after an OTP-based verification can the unverified status be verified.
The Aarogya Setu App will display a single blue border that indicates you have been vaccinated with only the first dose. This status is called “partially vaccinated”. The status will display a double border if you have taken both COVID-19 doses.
