Aarogya setu has added an option to indicate whether you’ve been immunized. This feature will allow travelers to travel farther in the future. If you are not currently vaccinated, it is a good idea to update.
The best feature of this option is that it shows “Partially vaccinated”, which indicates your status once you’ve taken the second and third doses. If you have taken both the first and second doses of vaccine, your status will be changed to “Vaccinated”. The status will change to “Vaccinated” if you have taken both the first and second doses.
What can you do to update your vaccination status?
Here are some steps to follow to ensure your vaccination status is up-to-date.
Get the Aarogya Setu app. Both the Google Play Store as well as Apple App Store have it.
After you’ve completed installation, it is time to set the app up.
After completing the self-assessment, Aarogya Setu members can change their vaccination status.
The updated self-assessment will be required. The status of “partially vaccinated” will be granted to users who only received one dose. Both users who receive both vaccines will be considered “vaccinated”.
Note: The status is determined by self-assessment.
The unverified status can only be confirmed after an OTP-based validation
A single border in blue will be displayed on the AarogyaSetu App. This indicates that you were vaccinated only with the first dose. This is known as “partially vaccinated”. If you’ve taken both COVID-19 dosages, the status will have a double border.
