Google Drive allows you to upload large files through the messaging app. WhatsApp allows users to upload video files up to 16MB in size and regular files as large as 100MB. You can only send the maximum file size listed. Large files cannot be sent to WhatsApp. You must upload them to Google Drive and share via the messaging app. These are only a few of the steps you need to follow.

Step 1 Click on the icon at the lower left corner to open Google Drive.
Second Step: To select the file, click on Upload File. The file will appear at the top end of the app after it has been uploaded.
Step 3 Tap the three-dotted icon to copy this link. You will see the file copied to your clipboard. Copy the link to WhatsApp. Next, click the Share button.
