WhatsApp India has officially launched the much-anticipated Payment feature. It is now using India’s Unified Payments Interface framework to send and receive money seamlessly. This guide will show you how to quickly set up WhatsApp Payment and then send money directly to your contacts via the platform.
How do you set up WhatsApp payment?
STEP 1. First, you must update your WhatsApp app using the Google Play Store and Apple App Store.
STEP2: Next, open the WhatsApp application on your smartphone.
STEP3: Go to the Settings menu.
STEP4: Scroll to the bottom and click on the Payment option.
Step 5: Enter your Bank Account details. Select your bank from the drop-down menu on your smartphone screen.
STEP 6 Now your bank details are successfully added.

STEP 1. Once your bank account is added, you can send and receive money via WhatsApp.
STEP 2. Find the contact to which you wish to send money.
STEP3: Click on the Payment Option.
